Uploading a before photo lets AI auto-fill likelihood, severity, hazards, and control measures, while an after photo is compared against the original content to verify implementation status and residual risk. Risk level is auto-calculated as Likelihood (P) x Severity (S), and once reviewed and approved, an assessment is locked to preserve its history.
