What is the difference between a demo and a PoC?
A demo is a 1–2 hour online or on-site solution showcase. A PoC is a 1–3 month pilot deployment at your worksite where real data is used to validate effectiveness.
What information do I need to provide to request a demo?
Company name, industry, worksite scale (number of workers), areas of interest, and a point-of-contact. All of these are captured in the request form.
How quickly can a demo be scheduled?
We will send a scheduling email within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. Demos are typically conducted within one week of the request.
Can I choose between a remote (video) and an on-site demo?
Both options are available. Initial demos are usually conducted online; on-site demonstrations are arranged separately at the decision-making stage.
What does our company need to prepare for a PoC?
Worksite information (floor plans, worker roster), a Wi-Fi or LTE environment, and one person to oversee beacon and wearable operations. All other equipment and platform access are provided by SenseZero.
