Managing industry-specific risks with data
Construction · Manufacturing · Logistics & Transport · Ports · Public Energy — different risks for every industry, managed on one unified platform.
Construction
Construction worksite application criteria
The more floors and elevated work involved, and the more frequently subcontractor personnel rotate, the greater the impact of SenseZero. The standard configuration installs smart watches, helmet beacons, belt beacons, and danger-zone beacons at worksites with at least 10 permanent workers, and manages elevated-work, access control, and safety-training data together.

Risks and responses
Construction: key risks and responses
Falls
Key risk factors
- Scaffold / footboard not installed
- Harness not worn
- Overwork at height
Resources & solutions
- Fall-prevention guide (poster, video)
- Elevated-work checklist
- App & beacon-based location & wearing-status alerts
Falling objects
Key risk factors
- Materials / tools falling from above
- Hard hat not worn
Resources & solutions
- Falling-object accident-prevention video
- Material-securing inspection form
- Hard-hat wearing training
Collapse
Key risk factors
- Defective temporary structures
- Soil collapse
Resources & solutions
- Collapse accident case studies
- Temporary structure inspection checklist
- Structural safety inspection manual
Caught-in/between
Key risk factors
- Crane / heavy-equipment collaboration
- Insufficient signalling
Resources & solutions
- Heavy-equipment safety guide
- Signaller role training materials
- Proximity hazard alert content
Application scenarios
How each risk is handled on site
Organised as actionable on-site scenarios.
1 Falls
Key features
- App & beacon-based real-time location & wearing-status monitoring
- Danger-zone (openings · elevated-work areas) BLE beacon access alerts
- Heart-rate & motion-based fall detection & non-response alerts
- Elevated-work training completion & inspection history management
Scenario
A worker performing night-time elevated work who removes their harness and enters a danger zone triggers immediate warnings on both their watch and the manager dashboard, followed by a non-response alert upon a detected fall.
2 Falling objects
Key features
- Real-time display of personnel by floor and zone
- Location alerts for workers approaching upper work sections
- Watch vibration & warning when entering falling-object hazard zones
- Hard-hat wearing status and training history management (for statutory training records)
Scenario
When a worker enters the lower corridor while materials are being hoisted on the upper deck, a 'Danger Zone' warning sounds on their watch and the affected zone's personnel count is displayed on the dashboard.
3 Collapse
Key features
- Personnel-density monitoring by work zone
- Permanent-worker records for earthworks, formwork, and temporary-structure zones
- Access alerts for collapse-risk sections (retaining walls, slopes)
- Centrally managed inspection, review, and training histories
Scenario
Personnel count and time spent in the earthworks section are automatically recorded, so when an accident or collapse sign occurs, the dashboard immediately shows who was working and for how long at that moment.
4 Caught-in/between
Key features
- Danger-radius configuration around cranes & heavy equipment with proximity alerts
- Separate location display for signallers and equipment operators
- Collaboration pattern analysis based on work records and alert history
- Heavy-equipment collaboration safety training content provision & completion records
Scenario
When a pedestrian enters the operating radius of a forklift or tower crane, their watch vibrates and shows a 'Danger Zone' warning, while the manager screen displays the worker's location.
