What are your business hours?
We operate Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 KST (excluding public holidays). Enquiries are accepted 24 hours a day, but responses are given on business days.
How long does it take to receive a reply after submitting an enquiry?
We respond within 1 to 2 business days. Deployment consultation enquiries are generally replied to within 24 hours.
How does the deployment process work?
① Consultation / requirements gathering → ② Demo or PoC → ③ Deployment agreement → ④ On-site installation and training.
How much does a PoC cost?
A standard PoC is free for the first month. Extended PoCs of 3 months or more, or those requiring custom development, are quoted through consultation.
Where is your office located?
Our headquarters is at 401, 22 Gangnam-daero 62-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, and we also operate branch offices in Daegu (Keimyung University Mobility Campus) and Ulsan (Jongha Innovation Center). Please book in advance for in-person meetings.
